Though the student actresses have slightly less of a role in the play than their male counterparts, they seem comfortable in a play that was originally written for all males.
An example of one who really lights up the stage is Myriam Lathuille, the exchange student from France. She plays a witty, sarcastic woman from an ad agency. She is the only one on the stage who gets to have a sense of humor.
All these characters add up to a wonderfully dramatic theatrical performance. The plot constantly shifts, and the characters reveal new qualities or prejudices in each act. Members of the public who come to this play will find it stimulates selfreflection.
Twelve Angry Jurors will be performed at 7:30 p m. on Friday, May 31, and Saturday, June 1, in t^ie auditorium of Rappahannock County High School. Tickets, will cost $5 and will be available at the door.
