the right of way to a 1986 GMC Jimmy driven by Robert Stoy, 57, of Hinton, Va. Mr. Stoy’s vehicle struck Mr. Wayland’s car on the side rear. Neither man was injured, but Mr. Stoy’s vehicle had $1000 damage and Mr. Wayland’s had $2000.
Krystal Roberts, 18, of Luray, was driving a 4-door 1994 Pontiac on U.S. 211 in Washington last Friday evening when she ran off the road to the left, overturned, crossing the median strip and the eastbound lanes to rest on the other side of the highway. According to Trooper Woodard’s report, she was treated at the scene for injuries; she was wearing a seat belt and harness.
