A group of Rappahannock County High School students under the direction of teacher Ron Vickers has begun an ambitious project for a class assignment. They are planning to create and install ‘Welcome to Rappahannock’ signs, to be placed strategically so that they may be seen entering or leaving the county
The students, Dawn Havstad, Tanya Lockhart, Tiffany Keys and Rachel Koski, are the members of the Leadership Class at RCHS.
They initially wanted a leadership project which they could finish before the end of the school year — one which they felt was an attainable goal
