The Rappahanock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals tor the purpose of contracting with one or more contractors to provide Mental Health Intensive In-Home Services to children and adolescents in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Request for Proposal packages are available at the Procurement Office, 401 S. Main Street, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100. The Request tor Proposal must be returned by 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 9, 1997. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantages to the board.
