Chill 1 hour or longer. Make 2 dozen balls about size of big marble. Drop in pan and press around the muffin ring. Mixture: • egg 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Dash salt 3 cups broken pecans Beat together well egg. sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Put pecans in mixture or at the bottom and some on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool thoroughly before removing from pan. MARY E. JENKINS Washington Cherry Topped Icebox Cake 20 whole graham crackers 2 cups cold milk 1 package Jello chocolate or vanilla instant pudding 1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling Line 13 by 9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers. Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Then blend in whipped topping. Spread half the mixture over crackers.
