to yield the right of way at a stop sign and was struck by a 1992 Ford Explorer driven by Milton Russell, 31, of Flint Hill.

Mr. Russell and a passenger, Tammy Russell, were wearing seat belts, but Mrs. Eastham and a 5-yearold child in her vehicle were not wearing seat belts. All were injured but details were unavailable. No charges were placed in the accident. Each Explorer had $5000 damage.

At 7 a.m. last Thursday, a wreck with a deer on Route 729 in Amissville caused $3000 damage to a 1992 Buick driven by Helen Williams, 60, of Castleton. According to Trooper G.C. Little Jr.’s report, Mrs. Williams was driving around a curve when the deer jumped out in front of her car. The deer died in the accident.
