ence as an abstract sculptor in wood and stone. He has studied sculpture under Jennie Lea Knight, Leonard Cave, Ralph Banney and Ruth Waters. Jim is a attorney and former lobbyist and his abstract sculptures have been featured in many juried shows in the Northern Virginia metro area. A former member of the Art League of Alexandria, he has had numerous pieces selected for exhibition at the Torpedo Factory Gallery and with the Fairfax County Council of the Arts; his walnut abstract was selected for the 12th Annual Juried Athenaeum Show of the Virginia Museum. Jim has been twice selected for shows at the Middle Street Gallery and is now an active member.
