AN AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE
SERVICES BETWEEN AFFILIATES
On March 19, 1997, Commonwealth Gas Services Inc. (“Commonwealth") and its affiliate Columbia Service Partners, Inc. (“Partners”) filed a joint petition requesting approval pursuant to Chapter 4 of Title 56 of the Code of Virginia of certain arrangements whereby Partners would provide a wide variety of services to Commonwealth’s customers. That petition has been docketed as Case No. PUA970014. Intersted persons are encouraged to review the petition and the Commission’s Order of August 14, 1997, for details of the proposed affiliate arrangements.
Interested parties desiring to comment in writing on this petition may do so by directing such comments on or before October 10, 1997, to William J.
