The Rappahannock County Library resumes its Friday evening programs next week Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. Well known artist and illustrator Ned Bittinger will be the guest speaker for the first program. Mr. Bittinger is known in the area for his portrait painting but is also a talented illustrator with several books to his credit. The library feels the program should be interesting and informative as was the last program Mr. Bittinger gave. The public is welcome to attend.
