PURSUANT TO SECTION 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, on Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Application by Charlie Tompkins to convert 560 square feet in an existing non-retail structure Use allowed under Section 1-4-4 (b.). Subject to General Standards of Section 6-1-1. No Additional Standard. Tax Map 20A 1 Parcel 43; zoned Village Services.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
