Mrs. Genevieve Wayland Imbach, 80, of Culpeper died on Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community.
She was born Nov. 4, 1916 in Rappahannock County.
She was a member at Culpeper Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Wayland; her mother Mary Bruce Wayland and her husband Harry Leon Imbach.
She is survived by one son Bruce L. Imbach of Maryland; one brother Edward Wayland of Woodbridge and a sister Barbara Blalock of Warrenton.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Aug. 29 at the Clore-Geest Funeral Home Chapel in Culpeper with the Rev. Dr. Ted Fuson officiating.
Burial followed in Woodville Cemetery in Woodville.
Clore-Geest Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
