Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned, Substitute Trustees, under that certain Deed of Trust from Bradford A. Anderson, dated April 28, 1994, and recorded in Deed Book 0719 at Page 1600 among the land records of Fauquier County, Virginia:

And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause, whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.
It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendant, Elizabeth Anne (Emma) Ausberry, and any other UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/ or any unknown parties having any interest in the real estate of which Lucy Jordan Curtis died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are hereby required to appear on or before January 12, 1998 and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS.
