Marlen Elaine Wines, 54, of Front Royal died Wednesday in her home.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 6 at Maddox Funeral Home with Rev. David Sterling and Rev. Greg Amos. Burial followed in Panorama Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Wines was born May 4, 1943 in Rappahannock County, daughter of Elias and Mamie Henry Wines.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Front Royal where she was employed by Royal Day Care.
Surviving are her husband Ronald Lee Wines; a son Kevin S. Wines of Front Royal; a daughter Ronny Lee Carver of Front Royal; two brothers Waldo “Wally” Wines of Chester Gap and Ray Wines of Locust Grove; six sisters Mazie Williams, Hazel Williams, Helen Foster, Virgie Ubben, and Rachael “Lou” Williams, all of Chester Gap and Mae Oliver of Bunker Hill, West Va.
