However, they continued to rush the ball to the goal and missed valuable shots while Strasburg made their shots count.

During the third quarter both teams continued to hit about the same number of shots to keep the score about 10 points apart. But at about the halfway point Strasburg began to pull ahead and increased their lead by 14 points with just under three minutes remaining.
