Shelby Welch celebrated her birthday Dec. 5 with a limousine ride to New York City to see the world famous Rockettes and the Radio City Music Hall Christmas pageant.
While in New York she visited Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Sak’s Fifth Avenue.
Along for the ride were Mollie and Amber Welch, Brenda Hitt, Diane and Adrienne Moore, Peggy Ralph, and, of course, their driver Jay Strickler of Strick’s Stretches in Luray.
The Flint Hill United Methodist Church will have services on Sunday, Dec. 28 at 11:15 a.m. The Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public to attend.
The Flint Hill Methodist Church held their Christmas play on Sunday, Dec. 21 and it was well attended and enjoyed by all.
Residents at Sunny Slope Adult Home enjoyed a visit from the Woodville Baptist community last Tuesday.
