Cheese Sweet and Sour Marinara Salsa or Picante Egg-Citing Veggie Pizzas 2 mini-pizzas 1 package (8 ounces) Italian bread pizza shells 1/2 cup prepared low-fat herb cream cheese spread 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes 1 medium green pepper, chopped 4 green onions, finely chopped 4 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped Place pizza crusts on lightly greased cookie sheet. Heat crusts according to package directions. Remove from oven and spread each crust with 1/4 cup cheese spread. Evenly divide assorted vegetables over each crust and top with chopped eggs. Cut each pizza into quarters and serve.
