Raymond Corbin

County native

Raymond Ellis Corbin, 85, of Falls Church, formerly of Manassas, died on Friday, Dec. 19 at his home after a long illness.

He was a native of Rappahannock County, and the son of the late Albert C. and Betty Jenkins Corbin.

Mr. Corbin was preceded in death by his first wife, Sadie May Corbin in 1963. He was also preceded by a stepson Henry Harris; two sisters and four brothers.

Survivors include one son by his first marriage, Junior E. Corbin of Charlotte, N.C.; three grandchildren Anthony Corbin, Janet Corbin and Dietra HanShaw as well as three great grandchildren, Mendie, Matthew and Brittany.
