She was preceded in death by a son and two daughters.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, Dec. 28 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with Rev. John Burke officiating. Burial was in Etlan Cemetery.

Annie Belle Payne, 80, of Sperryville died on Monday, Jan. 5 at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.
Mrs. Payne was born July 19, 1917, in Sperryville, a daugfytet of the late James Albert Clatterbuck and Olive May Jenkins Clatterbuck.
She married Oscar Lawrence Payne on Nov. 24, , 1942. Mr. Payne died Sept. 9, 1980.
Mrs. Payne retired from Aileen Inc. in Flint Hill. She
