Correction
The Rappahannock County School Board does not have a plan for building a new high school at this time, as was suggested in last week’s story on tuition tax credit. They are developing a plan to deal with school expansion in the future and will seek public input in this process.
In the Dec. 24 edition of the paper it was stated that Emiel and Linda Smet applied for a special exception permit. They did not. Edibaldo and Blanca Silva-Lopez applied for the permit. They planned to buy the Smet property if the permit was granted. It was not. The Rappahannock News regrets the errors.
