Survivors include two daughters Dorothy P. Grove of Luray and Charlotte P. Jenkins of Culpeper; two sons Albert Bryant Payne of Washington and Carl W. Payne of Sperryville and five step children, Lawrence E. Payne of Winchester, Charles S. Payne of Stephens City, Virgil L. Payne of Sperryville, Haley Ann Drummonds of Winchester and Montrue Mae Polen of Seminole, Fla.
Also surviving are two sisters Beulah Ward and Emma Woodward, both of Sperryville; 11 grandchildren, 18 step grandchildren, three great grandchildren and 26 step great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother Floyd Clatterbuck and a sister Lois Clatterbuck.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 2 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home, Inc. in Luray with the Rev. Kirby L. Shenk and Rev. Albert B. Payne. . Burial was held at Beahm’s Chapel cemetery in Luray. *
