Democrats meet
Tuesday, March 7
The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library.
One of the items on the agenda will be the upcoming Democratic Presidential caucus which will be held in • Rappahannock on April 17. All who are interested in having a voice in choosing the Democratic candidate for President are urged to attend this meeting.
Other agenda items include planning the calendar for the year, approving the annual budget, and progress reports from the precinct captains and the other committees. There will also be an update about the Relay for Life in May and an opportunity to sign on as part of the Democratic Team.

• Monday, March 6 Rappahannock Board of Supervisors will meet at 2 p.m. at the Rappahannock Courthouse. There will be no 7 p.m. meeting.
• Wednesday, March 8 the Washington Town Council will meet at 7:30 at the Town Hall.
• Tuesday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m., public hearing in the RCES Library to receive public comments on the School Board’s 2000-2001 school budget.
