TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application: TW SU #00-02-01 Harry Cartip d/b/a Heritage House Annex desires a Special Use permit to create a bed and breakfast use of the residence to the rear of Heritage House for overnight rental. Offstreet parking is provided and there is separate septic tank/drainfield service.
