She was born on June 26, 1965 in Fredericksburg.
She is survived by her adoptive mother, Betty J. Mozingo of Culpeper; a biological mother, Joyce A. Ballou of Culpeper; two sons, Daniel L. Mozingo of Amissville and Darryl L. Day of Culpeper and a grandson, Dusty Lee Mozingo.
Also surviving are four brothers, Devin Suthard of Ft. Gord, Ga., Kenny Roles of Avoca, Pa., Dean Suthard of Camp Lejune, N.C. and Anthony Suthard of Culpeper; a sister, Donna Suthard of Fredericksburg; a stepbrother, George L. Mozingo of Carmel Valley, Calif, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a grandson, Jacob L. Mozingo; her adoptive father, Walter L. Mozingo and a grandfather, Raymond M. Miller Sr.
Funeral services were conducted on Feb. 17 at CloreEnglish Funeral Home with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.

Howard Granville Smith, 83, of Boston died Saturday, Feb. 26 at Culpeper Health Care Center.
Mr. Smith was bom April 24, 1916 in Boston to the late Jessie L. and Vera Settle Smith.
Mr. Smith enjoyed woodworking and handcrafting furniture.
Mr. Smith is survived by two sisters, Margaret Smith Carder and her husband, Wallace of Culpeper and Violet Smith Dinkel and her husband, Edward of Brightwood.
