Tracy, Seventh Grade Teacher. • The week of April 4 will be a very busy time at RCES. The Spring Book Fair sponsored by the RCES Library will also occur during that week. The public is invited to stop in at anytime to browse and purchase books. This will also be a great opportunity for the young children registering for kindergarten to experience the joy of books. • March 2, Dr. Seuss’s birthday, is being celebrated as Read Across America Day. RCHS will observe the event with Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) periods throughout the day. Parents, grandparents, and community friends are volunteering to help students select books during the week prior to the big day. Many thanks to everyone who is helping with this special project that encourages a love of reading at every level, the RCHS English Department is sponsoring the event. If you have questions, please call Mrs.
