Frank Wolf cruises to
convincing victory By Jose Ebro Rappahannock News Staff Writer Republican Frank Wolf maintained his strong hold on the 10th District, a seat he has held since 1980, winning 85 percent of the vote with more than 55 percent of precincts reporting. He handily beat Libertarian Brian Brown and Independent Marc Rossi. Rappahannock gave Wolf a total of 2,514 votes; Brown got 463, and Rossi got 177. In his characteristically low-key manner, despite whopping margins in the early going, Wolf waited until most precincts had called in their results before claiming victory.
