Book Fair

The Scholastic Book Fair just held at Rappahannock County Elementary School from Oct. 24 to Nov. 3 was a great success, providing exciting books for the children and raising money to benefit the library.
Many parents and family members visited the fair. They purchased and donated many books for the classroom libraries as well as for themselves.
Aney Massie, Librarian and Chairperson of the Book Fair, credits the success to the school's support and the hard work of teachers and volunteers. Plans are already underway for the next Book Fair in the spring. "We thank all those who attended," said Mrs. Massie.
