Salisbury have ended in disappointment. This year Conner set a goal of advancing to the National tournament in Pennsylvania. Conner is one step closer to realizing his goal after the tough day of wrestling in Manassas. Conner has been a demon this year at practice and in tournaments. He enters the Regional tournament with a record of 35 wins and seven losses, compiled against older wrestlers in the Northern Virginia Wrestling League (NVWL). The NVWL’s age divisions pair nine and ten year olds into the Junior Division. The District, Regional and National tournaments pair eight and nine year olds in the Midget division.
