This inner rehearsal can fill a person with more courage, strength and confidence to do something a bit differently in their daily life, with a more positive outcome as a result.

This final presentation marks the close of a free series that will continue to focus in the future on bringing more community awareness to the growing enthusiasm in the health field regarding approaches that complement traditional medicine.
