Amissville Ruritan President Buddy Samuels presented her with the Ruritan’s “Citizen of the Year” award for her contributions to the people of Amissville. » In particular, the Club proudly recognized her ' donation of nine plus acres, which the Ruritans named “Stuart Field” to the Amissville Ruritan Club to build a community > center and to act as guardians for the Little ! League ball teams.
