Volunteers are needed to help with the fund raisers and run the calls as well as donations. There are no paid firemen.
The tax money given by the County only pays the operating expenses, such as gas and insurance. This is only a small part because this does not include any new equipment purchased or maintenance on any of the buildings.
The Sperryville Rescue Squad gave awards to many for their years of service. These people are always there for us whenever we need them. Andrew
