a day goes by that I don’t see something that reminds me of you.
I saw an antique car this morning in front of The Flint Hill Store. You really loved old cars and trucks. One of your favorite things to do was attend a vintage car show. You were just full of information, and made it really interesting to talk about - even to me who knows the difference between a car and a truck and that’s about all.
I’ve known you a long time, Roy. Your brother, Phillip, and my son, Joey, were good friends during their T-ball, Cub Scout years. I guess that’s when I first met you. They’re juniors and seniors in high school now, so it has been a while. Back then I would see you racing around in your wheelchair.
You were always so friendly and such an blessing to me.
