demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and great patience as have they have tackled some very difficult issues. They deserve tremendous credit for serving in this leadership position and they are to be commended.
Among their many accomplishments, the establishment and implementation of our Substitute Training Program, the development of Goals for our system that will raise the bar for all of us, a vastly improved Staff Development Program, improved opportunities for communication a Mrs. Geraldine Payne, RCES Second Grade teacher, and Mrs. Jenny Stanley, RCMS teacher, have just returned from Oxford University in England where they attended an “Ethics and Leadership Conference” sponsored by VPI.
