TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application: TW SU #01-03-01 Rappahannock Bazaar Club Getaway (lessor) desires to adaptively reuse the former Black Kettle Restaurant property as a temporary location (through 2001) for weekend gettogethers and other special events for those Rappahannock teens who are bonafide members of the Rappahannock Bazaar’s Club Getaway. Property is zoned “RR”-Rural Residential and is known as Tax Map 20, Parcel 18A. Use allowed under Section 1-4-1(i) of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance: additional standards under Section 6-1-2(v) of the Ordinance.
