“How to Develop a Bluebird 'frail* offers information on helping to re-establish habitat for the Eastern Bluebird. Budding young gardeners will also have an opportunity to exhibit their flower designs in a special Youth Award category.
Arrangements will be judged in an Intermediate class (ages eight through 12) and in an Advanced class (ages 13 through 17).
