Mr. McNear also discussed subcommittees, and noted that a subcommittee will be formed in an interest area if at least two members express an interest. Interest so far is in the areas of: cattle, viticulture, cheese/dairy, small ruminants, horses, orchardists, and truck farming/CAS/vegetables.
A date of Aug. 5 was tentatively selected for the RFA summer meeting which will be held at Alex Sharp’s farm in Harris Hollow.
