Supervisors discussed the budget after Chairman Charles K. Estes closed the public hearing. Biyant Lee said that he thought that the Supervisors had “done a portion of our job” by making cuts to the proposed school budget. Ron Frazier voiced his agreement with some of the public hearing speakers and said that “if there is some way we can tie budget increases to revenue growth, we’d be doing what the people asked for.”
