By Linda Tarry Rappahannock News Writer On the evening of June 6, Headwaters presented the Fourth Annual Academic Reception at RCHS. The auditorium was full of invited atudents and their parents for the occasion. Following opening remarks by Headwaters president Buck Payne, Assistant Superintendent Helen Williams introduced the awardees. Those receiving awards for academic achievement were selected for the honor by their teachers.
