The Flint Hill fireman’s carnival is being held this week with new rides being provided by Virginia Premier Events. Bring the family and enjoy the fun. There are rides, games and entertainment for all.
The grand parade will be held on Friday at 6:45 p.m. On Saturday evening the queen will be crowned and at midnight the drawing for the 2001 Chevy S-10 pick up truck, the purebred Black Angus heifer and other prizes will be held. Come out each evening, the carnival starts at 7 p.m. Join the fun and enjoy the good food, home baked goods and meeting new friends and greeting old ones.
The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary met at the fire hall last Monday to make plans and preparations for the annual fireman’s carnival.
