Drugs are also against the law. This person that I am speaking about personally has been offered treatment repeatedly and it has been refused. She is a typical drug addict - she doesn’t believe she has a problem. She is very important to me, but I would rather see her incarcerated, than to see her on the streets, doing whatever she needs to do to get drugs, legal or otherwise.

If drugs are legalized, will they also be free? Where will these users get the money to purchase these drugs? From experience, I can tell you that these people, after a few years of using drugs, especially after they are legalized and less expensive and therefore easier to obtain, will not be able to hold a job. Then will we issue some sort of government subsidy to pay for the drugs.
