The Amissville United Methodist Church has set its dates for Vacation Bible School. They are July 16-20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The theme is “Holy Fires”. It is about all of the fires in the bible.

The AACA (Amissville Area Community Association) is holding it’s second annual Fall Festival on Oct. 13. The organizers are looking for vendors and crafters to participate. Huge congratulations to the Rappahannock girl’s softball team in their first ever State Championship. They are a great team, and my son’s personal hero, Eva Mills, is a member of the team. They send her a big hug, and Dylan will want her to practice with him now. They are a great group of girls.
