Following the CCLC adaptive re-use hearing, Mayor Leggett provided information on the wastewater treatment system alternative to Avon Hall that had first been raised by Treasurer Jerry Goebel at the Jan. 8 meeting of the Town Council.

At that time Mr. Goebel said “there’s something that’s come up (with regard to an alternative to Avon Hall for the wastewater treatment system) that needs to be discussed in closed session,” and the council did indeed discuss an alternative during closed sessions on Jan. 8 and Jan. 30.
