Attention all food service workers, managers and owners. The next Food Sanitation Certification course is coming in March to Warren ton.

The course and “ServSafe Essentials” textbook, second edition includes the 2001 Food Code from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It satisfies the new 2002 Virginia Food Regulations.

This course awards successful participants a certificate from the National Restaurant Association that is recognized nationally and by the Virginia Department of Health.

Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Virginia Department of Health offer the 16-hour ServSafe Course and Exam.
