A committee of citizens interested in the budget problem confronting Rappahannock County, met Monday morning at the courthouse to formulate suggestions to be offered to the Board of Supervisors and the budget committee.
Meeting for the study were A. C. Latham, W. C. Campbell, Galley Smith, Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mrs. Elizabeth Buntin, Mrs. C. E. 'Johnson, Commonwealth Attorney R.V. Snead, Mrs. Snead, C. J. Miller, Wade H. Massie Jr., W. F. Moffett Jr., and B. M. Miller.
In one of the most outstanding social and • hunting events of the season, .the Rappahannock Hunt was host to the Old Dominion Hunt and other distinguished visitors yesterday at Double Gates for the beginning of thle hunt and for breakfast at Mt. Prospect.
