The Amissville Volunteer Fire Company’s 50th Anniversary Book is available for purchase. The book celebrates the 50-year history of the Amissville Company and its many members.
If you would like to purchase one, check at Hackley’s Store or call the firehouse at 937-5125. Also, don’t forget that there is bingo every Monday night.
The Rappahannock Athletic Association, our area t-ball and baseball league, has sent out its annual fundraising letter. If you did not receive a letter and would like to make a donation you may contact the president of the league, Randy Johnson, at 347-5624.
Several children and parents did not know that there were sign ups in the first two weeks in February, so there will be another sign up at the end of this month on Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stuarts Field.
