Bruce Flinchum Throughout the six-day conference, Flinchum interacted ‘ with key elected officials, political appointees and newsmakers from the three branches of government, the media and the international community. “While some students are reading about leadership in books, Bruce Flinchum particiI pated in the National Young *.
