The Virginia Department of Transportation and the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, in accordance with Section 33.1 -70.0J of the Code of Virginia, will conduct a joint public hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, October 6. 2003 to be held at the Rappahannock County Courthouse on Gay Street. Washington, Virginia. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Secondary System Construction Program for Fiscal Years 2004/05 through 2009/10 in Rappahannock County, and on the Secondary System Construction Budget for Fiscal Year 2004/05. Copies of the proposed Program and Budget may be reviewed at the Warrenton Residency office of the Virginia Department of Transportation, located at 457 East Shirley Avenue, Warrenton Virginia or at the Rappahannock County Administrator's office located on Gay Street, Washington, Virginia.
