Washington to the late Harry and Eva Patterson.

She was a member of Third Zion Baptist Church, mother of Third Zion, a Deaconess, an usher and served on the church board.

Mrs Renzy was preceded in death by her husband, Relford Renzy.

She is survived by five sons, James L. Patterson of Mt. Jackson, Rutherford Renzy and D. Michael Renzy both of Stephens City, Roy J, Renzy of Winchester, and Curtis L. Renzy, and six daughters, Octavia R. Ross of Berryville, Nancy R. Warner of Leesburg, Dorothy R. Peyton of Woodstock, Donna J. Carter of Strasburg, Louise Long of Woodbridge, and Violet Williams of Philadelphia, Pa.

Additional survivors include one sister, Clara P. Jackson of Clarksburg, W. Va.. 34 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Sept 10 at Zion Baptist Church in Front Royal with Rev. Charles Jackson officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
