Court Schedule
• On Monday, March 8, in Rappahannock County Circuit Court, arguments will be heard at 1 p.m. in a lawsuit filed against the Town of Washington by Sid and Mary Catherine Worley who are seeking to have the Town’s Historic District ordinance declared invalid.
• On Tuesday, March 9 several teens make a court appearance at 1:30 p.m. in General District Court on charges of possession of alcohol stemming from a party held before an accident which killed 16-year-old Dylan Corbin.
• On Thursday, March 11 at 9:30 a.m. three juveniles make an appearance in Juvenile Court on charges of possession of alcohol stemming from the above incident.
