Social Worker

Ref #04-236 FT position to provide Independent Living services to teens in foster care under the custody of Social Services. Requires case management, resource development, use of the State computer based system and a host of supportive & goal directed field services. Court experience and knowledge of support services for teens helpful. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and 3 years experience in foster care or a related field A Masters degree is preferred.
