Fellowship Hall. There will be great food, entertainment, and a program by the Culpeper Pregnancy Center. This “True Love Waits” party is sponsored by Friends-to-Mom, a group of Christian women who promote abstinence among teens, and help pregnant teens in Rappahannock County.
